There are several reasons why your internet might not be working.  Here is a list of possible reasons and how fix them:


1.  Your laptop has not been rebooted in over 5 days.  We have seen several machines that have lost their internet access because the machine has not been rebooted in over a week.  Please reboot to see if that fixes the issue. 


2.  Make sure that your local internet access at home is working.  If you have another computer at home then check and see if its able to get out to the internet.  If not, please reboot your home wireless router to see if that fixes the issue.  If it does not then you will need to contact your internet service provider for support.
