If the Volume dial shows up on your computer screen as a permanent "X" or "100". and won't go away, it will disable the mouse, keyboard, touchscreen, stylus, and most other computer functions. This is the result of a stuck volume dial.
On the side of the computer, next to the computer button is the volume dial. Just mess with the button a little bit and it will fix the Volume icon and other issues.
If that doesn't fix the problem, bring it by the IT office here in the library and we will get it fixed.
